Return Period

Is the item not quite what you were looking for, and is it in its original condition and in compliance with the return conditions? Then you have 14 days to let us know that you wish to cancel the purchase. After that, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Costs

The shipping costs for sending the order to the customer must be paid by BIBLE FACTORY when the right of withdrawal is exercised. These shipping costs must be refunded to the customer along with the purchase price. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Received Damaged or Incomplete

Did you receive the item damaged or incomplete? That is of course not intended. Please send an email to order@biblefactory.org

Steps for Registering a Return

1. Pack the items (if possible) in the original packaging.

2. Register your return

Send your package via a shipping service—these costs are at your own expense.

4. Refund

Did you pay with iDEAL? We will refund you as soon as possible. Once we have received your return in good condition, this will happen within 10 days at the latest.
