Shipments

Once your order is placed, we get to work for you. We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Your order can be shipped as a parcel or on a pallet, depending on what is the best solution for your situation.

Parcel

We ship all our products and packages with DHL or PostNL.

PostNL: Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Within the Netherlands, it is common for your order to be delivered the next working day. If you place your order on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday afternoon, it will be shipped on the next shipping day.

For example: if you place your order on Monday at 3:00 PM, it will be packed on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.

If you have chosen to pick up your order, this can be done Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at De Smalle Zijde 38 in Veenendaal, at the warehouse located at the back.

DHL: Packages shipped via DHL are dispatched from us on Thursdays.

The confirmation email will state when your order will be shipped!

Pallets and containers

Depending on the size of your shipment and its destination, sending it on a pallet may be the best transport solution. We specialize in the transportation of containers and pallets, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery worldwide. Our logistics specialist ensures smooth coordination of shipments.

To provide the best possible service, we collaborate with trusted partners such as Mission & Relief and Berkman International. We make use of their expertise to ensure your orders reach their destination safely and on time.

Track- and Tracenumber

As soon as we ship your package, we will send you a Track and Trace number. This allows you to track your package anytime and anywhere. With track and trace, you can see exactly the route your package takes — and when it reaches its destination

Retourneren

• De producten worden binnen de zichttermijn van 30 dagen geretourneerd, dit gaat in op de dag na ontvangst van uw artikel(en).
• Het artikel bevindt zich voor zover mogelijk in originele staat en fabrieksverpakking.
