Deze algemene voorwaarden vormen het contract tussen u en BIBLE FACTORY. Door onze website te bezoeken of te gebruiken, gaat u ermee akkoord hieraan gebonden te zijn. Lees deze overeenkomst aandachtig door en bewaar deze.

and their customers in the respective version existing at the time of concluding the contract.
These terms and conditions also include customer information in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code.

By sending an order to BIBLE FACTORY via the website (by clicking on the order button), by e-mail, fax, telephone, letter, order form or otherwise, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a sales agreement with BIBLE FACTORY.

When ordering via the website, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely informs the customer that the order has been received by BIBLE FACTORY.

The agreement with BIBLE FACTORY is concluded when BIBLE FACTORY accepts this offer.

BIBLE FACTORY accepts the offer only by delivery of the goods or an order confirmation. For products delivered via data download, acceptance of the offer is achieved by providing the data in the customer's account.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
The right of withdrawal for consumers means that you can cancel an agreement concluded via the internet, by telephone or on the street within 14 days without giving reasons.

BIBLE FACTORY pays shipping costs for sending
The shipping costs for sending the product to the customer must be paid by the webshop if the right of withdrawal is invoked. These shipping costs must therefore be refunded to the customer together with the purchase price.

Customer pays shipping costs for returns
BIBLE FACTORY is not obliged to reimburse the shipping costs or transport costs for returns if the customer invokes his right of withdrawal.

When exactly does my reflection period end?
Your reflection period ends 14 days after the day on which your product was delivered (for more products in 1 order, you count from the day after delivery of the last product or part of the order). Example: You buy a laptop online and it will be delivered to your home on June 1. Reflection period: until June 15.

Within how many days do I have to return the product?
You first have a 14-day cooling-off period to let the seller know that you want to cancel the purchase. This is called 'cancelling' the purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the product.

Dutch customers: actual costs will be charged

International customers: actual costs will be charged

Ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible (if in stock). If delivery of an item or order is required on a specific date, we ask you to indicate this when placing your order. This helps us process your order. The delivery time of your order is determined by the usual postal and parcel delivery times in your region.

Partial shipments are possible. Any resulting additional costs will not be charged to the customer.

If ordered items are no longer available, BIBLE FACTORY will inform the customer of this and is therefore exempt from the delivery obligation.

BIBLE FACTORY is not responsible for errors in the address details of the order if the shipment does not arrive as a result. If the order ends up at the carrier's depot, you must collect it yourself. If the address details are incorrect and the package does not arrive, a refund from BIBLE FACTORY is not possible.

BIBLE FACTORY usually delivers on invoice. On request it is possible to receive articles for distribution campaigns for free. For larger quantities, we ask for personal contact with our support team. BIBLE FACTORY reserves the right to reduce the quantities of free orders if necessary.

BIBLE FACTORY acts as a publisher that prints “custom” New Testaments and other materials. BIBLE FACTORY transports to the depot or port of the destination.

BIBLE FACTORY is responsible for the quality and delivery time of its products, transport is provided by carefully selected companies that provide worldwide transport according to CIF. All actions and payments upon arrival at the port or depot are at the recipient's expense.

The customer can pay the purchase price by invoice. When paying the invoice, the total amount must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If the customer postpones payment, BIBLE FACTORY reserves the right to send a reminder. If this still does not result in payment, a reminder is possible, which may entail additional costs.

We ask to pay the exact invoice amounts and not round them up. 

BIBLE FACTORY is responsible for damages that are present at delivery of an item, according to legal regulations. The statute of limitations is 24 months after delivery. Items with damages caused by BIBLE FACTORY may be exchanged free of charge.

The items received by the customer remain our property until fully paid. Excluded are free shipments, these go into possession of the customer with the receipt of the items. 

By placing an order, the customer authorizes BIBLE FACTORY to process, store, analyze and use the data received in connection with the business relationship in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

The customer has the right to information and the right to correction, blocking or deletion of his stored data. If legal or contractual retention obligations or other reasons prevent its deletion, the data will be blocked.

Personal data is treated confidentially.

BIBLE FACTORY is a non-profit organization and has distributed a free application in the App Store and Google Play Store. BIBLE FACTORY is not responsible for any errors or mistakes in this application.

BIBLE FACTORY is not responsible for errors in printing and inadequate interactive options such as scanning QR codes or images. It is also not possible to reject your printed matter as stated above.

The contract is concluded in English. Dutch law applies to the legal relationship between the customer and BIBLE FACTORY. If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
