How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our webshop. Add the desired products to your cart and follow the steps during checkout.

No, but feel free to contact us at support@biblefactory.org or call [phone number] for assistance with your order.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on weight and destination.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship our packages via PostNL and DHL. Pallets via DHL.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Within this period, you can register your return by emailing
retour@biblefactory.org. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The original shipping costs will be refunded together with the purchase price if the withdrawal is valid.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Belfius, credit card, PayPal, and KBC/CBC.
Invoice and Ownership
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, you will receive the invoice by email after your order has been completed.
When does the product become my property?
Products remain the property of BibleFactory until they are paid in full, with the exception of free shipments — these become your property upon receipt.

Yes! We offer personalized covers and extra pages. We offer full graphic design at no extra cost. Contact us for more information.
