Shipping & Return Policy
We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We sent all our parcels with DHL. Parcels outside Europe we sent with PostNL.
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Within the Netherlands it is customary that your order will be delivered the next working day. If you order on Monday or Thursday afternoon, your order cannot be shipped until the next shipping day. We are not always able to send an order before 12:00, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer.
If you have selected pick-up, it can be picked up on Monday and Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00 at Vendelier 45H in Veenendaal. If this doesn't work, send an email to email@example.com.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery from various parcel services. In general within the Netherlands, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
The products of Bible Factory are its responsibility in quality and delivery time, the transport is provided by carefully chosen companies that provide worldwide transport according to CIF. All actions and payments to be made after arrival at the port or depot are for the account of the recipient.
Bible Factory is not responsible for errors in the printed matter and non-functioning interactive features such as scanning QR codes or images. It is also not possible to reject your printed matter on the basis of the above.
The products are returned within the trial period of 30 days, which starts on the day after receipt of your item(s).
The item is as far as possible in its original condition and factory packaging.
The costs for the return are for your own account. Was your product damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please contact our customer service so that we can assist you further.
