The Bible teaches that God is fair, and that people are not. People are born into sin and are not able to earn their way into heaven. Instead, God offers His grace to those who repent and follow Him. The Bible also teaches that God will judge people fairly, based on their actions and their heart.

Luke 6:28-29 – “Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone slaps you on one cheek, offer the other one as well. If someone demands your coat, offer your shirt as well.”

Proverbs 24:23 – “These things also belong to the wise: It is not good to show partiality in judgment.”

1 Peter 1:17 – “And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear.”

Luke 6:37-38 – “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
