The Bible is clear that God has a plan and a purpose for each of our lives. He wants us to reach our full potential and to use our gifts and talents to bless others. The Bible says, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). We need to trust God and His plan for our lives, and He will help us to reach our goals.
No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.
The Bible is clear that we are to set goals. In Philippians 3:14, the Apostle Paul wrote, “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” And in 2 Timothy 4:7, he said, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” We are to run the race with endurance and persevere to the end.
