If you feel used by someone, it is okay to talk to God about it. The Bible says that God is our refuge and our strength, and that He is always there for us. (Psalm 46:1) God knows how we feel, and He cares about us. (1 Peter 5:7)
The Bible has a lot to say about feeling. First and foremost, the Bible tells us to guard our hearts, because out of them flow the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23). This means that our feelings are important and can impact our lives in a big way. Feelings are also a big part of the human experience – they are what make us unique from animals. The Bible tells us that God has given us the ability to feel a wide range of emotions, from love and joy to anger and sorrow. And while our feelings can sometimes get the best of us, the Bible tells us that we can always trust God to help us through whatever we’re feeling.
