Because of the mixing of the Nephilim with the human race, the DNA of all mankind became contaminated and the Messiah could no longer be born of mankind.
God saves the last people with pure DNA:
First of all, God was looking for someone with pure DNA, a spiritual nature that was not contaminated with the DNA of the Nephilim. He found this in Noah:
Genesis 6:9…. 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 9 These are the descendants of Noah. Noah was a righteous, upright man among his contemporaries. Noah walked with God. The word “upright” in the root text is “perfect” or “pure” (Hebrew: “Tamiym”). Thus, he was genetically “pure” among his contemporaries.
Noah was not morally perfect. He was also a sinner, but genetically he was “clean.”
Therefore, in addition to Noah and his family, he brought a pair of each animal species into the ark, according to their species, pure therefore, with their original DNA.
Genesis 7:1-3… 1 Then the LORD said to Noah, Go into the ark, you and all your family, for I have seen that in the midst of your contemporaries you are righteous before Me. 2 You are to take for yourself of all the clean animals seven pairs, a male and his female; but of the animals that are not clean, one pair, a male and his female; 3 also of the birds of the air seven pairs, male and female, to keep the species alive in all the earth.
By keeping the species alive, God saved the original DNA of creation throughout nature.
The Flood had 3 purposes:
1. the destruction of the Nephilim (giants)
2. punishing the fallen angels by setting the consequence of their rebellion as an example
3. saving mankind from destruction

The transmission of sin by the fathers:
Rom 5:12…. 12 Therefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and by sin death, and so death came upon all men, in whom all have sinned.
All men are born with a sinful nature, which they inherit from their fathers. Death is a by-product of sin.
1 Tim 2: 13-14… 13 For Adam was made first, then Eve. 14 And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman, when she was deceived, came to transgress.
Adam was not deceived by Satan, but chose to sin himself. As a result, sin is passed on through Adam. Adam fathered a son in his likeness, therefore also in his nature. (Genesis 5:3… 3 Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his likeness, after his image; and he gave him the name Seth.)
So the Spirit of God is passed on through the man because God had therefore first breathed the Spirit into a man. In the case of the woman, He did not do so for the woman came forth from the man. Nor in all the descendants of Adam. So Adam passed on the spiritual nature to his descendants.
By this you can say that the woman brings forth the body of the child and the man the spiritual nature. (1 Cor 11:8;12… 8 For the man is not of the woman, but the woman is of the man.12 For as the woman comes from the man, so also the man is there through the woman, but all things are of God).
In summary:
Adam received the breath (rouach) in his nose. Not Eve.Eve was made from the side of the man.The Spirit of God therefore received Eve from Adam and with it all the offspring of Adam.Since the spirit of Adam is defiled with sin all the offspring of Adam receive this defiled spirit. Only the blood of Jesus can cleanse you and bring you through sealing into heaven (make you right with God)
Through the woman comes the physical (body), through the man the spiritual nature is reproduced (Y chromosome appears not to have changed in centuries). The woman is taken from the man, but the man comes from the woman!
This demonstrates that the spiritual nature is obtained through the man.
Example:
1. the sons of God passed on their spirit and the women of the earth the body
2. Mary gave the mortal (human) body to Jesus and God gave His pure Spirit to Him.
Nephilim thus had a human body and a defiled spirit from the sons of God.

1 Samuel 17:
9 If he fights with me and is able to defeat me, we will be your slaves, but if I overcome him and defeat him, you will be our slaves and serve us.10 Further, the Philistine said, Today I taunt the ranks of Israel: 11 When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and became greatly afraid.24 But when the men of Israel saw that man, they all fled from him and were greatly afraid.43 The Philistine said to David, Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.44 Then the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the air and to the beasts of the field.
Malachi 2:15 says that every person has a remnant of the Spirit that God once breathed into Adam’s nose. This is what we call our conscience today. Nephilim, however, have a spirit of fallen angels and therefore no conscience. They are truly conscience-less!
The size of the Nephilim: no fairy tale…..
Flavius Josephus (c. 100 ): the bones of giants are shown daily
Clement of Rome (96 ): the bones of the giants are shown to provide evidence that they existed.
Tertullian (c. 200):speaks of the enormous carcasses of the giants.
The Bible in Deut 3:11 also shows the bed of Og on display…. 11 For only Og, king of Basan, was left of the rest of the Refaites. Behold, his bed was a bed of iron. Is it not in Rabba of the Ammonites? Its length is nine cubits, and its width four cubits, measured to the elbow of a man.
The Nephilim defiled the whole planet:The book of Enoch describes the nature of the Nephilim: they defiled themselves with animals, birds, reptiles and fish and drank their blood. They consumed everything from humans, ruled over them and finally ate the humans too (drank their blood)…….. 1 Enoch 7: 1-6

7 And the locusts looked like horses prepared for war. And on their heads they wore wreaths like those of gold, and their faces were like faces of men.8 And they had hair like the hair of women, and their teeth were like the teeth of lions.9 And they had breast armor of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses rushing to battle.10 And they had tails like scorpions, and there were stings on their tails. And they had power to harm the people for five months.
See Genesis 6:7 7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man, whom I have created, from the face of the earth, from man to the cattle, to the creeping animals, and to the birds of the air; for I repent that I have made them.
And Genesis 6:17 17 And I, behold, I am going to bring a flood of water upon the earth to destroy all flesh in which there is a spirit of life from under heaven
Genesis 6: 11-13: depraved = polluted
11 But the earth was depraved before God, and the earth was filled with violence.12 Then God saw the earth, and behold, it was depraved; for all flesh had a depraved walk of life on the earth.13 Therefore God said to Noah, The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I am going to destroy them with the earth.
Genesis 9:4 4 But flesh with its life, its blood, still in it you must not eat.
Here, after the flood, God is the first to show that drinking blood is forbidden!
